Completely messed up the custom order for a cake. Do not recommend.
If I could give this Baskin Robbin’s zero stars, I would. By far the worst one I’ve ever been to. No wonder they’re closing down everywhere. The people who work there have no idea what is going on. Management is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a cake online that they have advertised, and got the run around when I went to pick it up. Apparently it was No where to be found even though they confirmed that was the right address. Must have showed them the order number and confirmation 6 times.
