Please UPDATE YOUR HOURS of business. Showed up at 9:34pm as the store hours publicly listed says the location is open until 10:00pm (26 minutes before closing). However, I prepare to place my order as the staff member states that Baskin-Robbins is closed for cleaning. Considering that this does not accurately reflect your posted hours of operation, please consider clarifying your actual hours of operation. Very disappointed that I was refused serviced under false advertising and expectations.
Bought 2 quarts of ice cream yesterday. One of love potion #31 and one of the banana dolce de Leche, the love potion was pre filled and frozen all the way but the banana one was fresh scooped. I understand that does make a difference but when I get one and the banana one is only 3/4 full I feel kinda ripped off. Considering it was $16 for both.
Nice clean establishment,Steve the manager was very wonderful,I was talking to him about a issue I had the wk before not knowing he was even the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied without us even asking
Very helpfull and friendly staff! Clean and organized! Will stop here again!
