Iv tried ordering the Brownie Sundae twice from here and DoorDash called both times and said This Item Can Not Be Completed. Update your items you have available or quit the business. This is unbelievable and the reason for 1 star
We stopped by the drive-thru to order a simple medium size chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. After we left we discovered they both contained a lot of ice with very little milkshake. We had no time to return to complain so we will not be going back there again to waste money. How difficult can it possibly be to make milkshakes in an ice cream shop. A Baboon could have made a better milkshake.
$45 for a freezer burnt cake super disappointing
terrible service waited 20 minutes in line with two people infront of me, once i got to counter i paid and ask for a milkshake and 25 minutes go by and im still waiting, the baskin robin side was abandon and not one of the workers even tried to make my shake. They were atleast 5 or more girls working and they were laughing and gossiping. girls need more training😂
