Ordered ahead for a sundae. Paid $12 for a sundae. Received 3 scoops in a tall cup with no toppings, which would have been $8 if that’s even what I had wanted. Scammed out of extra $4 and did not get what I ordered or wanted.
They randomly lock the front doors and stop answering the phone. It is well lit and well staffed inside, but apparently they only want drive thru business. This was at 6pm on a Sunday. Their hours are supposedly open till 9pm.
As per other reviews .... stopped in for a milkshake and they closed 25 minutes prior to listed time .
We ordered a cappuccino blast and received not only excellent prompt service but a wonderful and deliciously perfect blended blast. We have gone to several Dunkin Doughnuts/Baskin Robins and this one nailed it. It’s sad that not all of them deliver one like this. We will definitely come back again
