Came out at 9:20 with friends and the 2 ladies inside stated that it closed at 9. Everything says closes at 10, but I guess they don't want to do the job they are being paid to do. Walked out without a purchase and an going to McDonald's for a basic ice cream cone.
This place is a MESS!!! Don’t waste your time! The two staff that were working were too busy playing on their phones to be bothered with the customers. My kids got the “creature creations” to which they didn’t have the hats or the tails for the dragons, (along with only having 7 flavors available..not even having vanilla, chocolate or cotton candy) so it was a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles. The service was good they got right to us. But we ordered 2 milkshakes and let's just say they were more milk than shake. They were so liquidity that is it was like we left them out for and hour before eating. Will not be going back for milkshakes.
1 freezer completely empty...no pumpkin seasonal flavors and no free tasting with limited supplies
