My husband and I asked for 2 Mangonadas, first time trying, and we didn’t realize they were spicy until we tasted. Adam and his friend changed our drinks kindly. Thank you guys, we feel very welcomed.
This has to be the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever visited. They should call themselves 3 flavors, not 31. They never have any selection, close early. Its a shame, but I won't waste my time going there anymore only to be told "we don't have that flavor right now".

I arrived at this BR + Dunkin combo with my daughter for ice cream. We arrived 20 minutes before the door signs and website say they will close. They had all the ice cream still in the display and 0 donuts. They informed us that they were closing and we could get donuts but no ice cream. Again, there were no donuts, and all the ice cream was in the display + the attendant was standing by the register. There's no better way to alienate your customers than to turn them away for no reason.
Ok wow. First of all they only had about 5 flavors of ice cream (so much for 31 flavors) and they couldn’t make a milkshake because their blender was broken. We left and went to the Baskin-Robbins in Northpojnt. Much better.
