Complete awful the worker was so worried about what else was going on didn’t really know what was going on so spaced out!!!! Took forever three ice creams yeah would say stay away one of the worse experiences when getting ice cream should have went to store and bought some could have done way better at home.
Horrible wait time. Understaffed.. Do not go. Just went there at around 11:45 am on June 12 and had to wait around 20 minutes for just one coffee and two donuts. I even saw some waiting customers to leave empty handed - with a sad face.
I went to this Baskin Robbins location around 6:55 PM today to pick up my order—a single scoop in a cone. The store closes at 7:00 PM, and there were two employees inside when I arrived. However, they were dismissive and claimed they didn’t have my pick-up order. Despite their denial, I could see an order displayed on the screen. Very bad experience 2 times in a row at this location, very disappointing…
Consistently rude drive-thru service. They also don't carry most of the flavors on the app. Disappointing.
