ordered a custom ice cream cake over a week in advance and they say they make them fresh just need 48 hrs in advance and they call at 7pm the night before the birthday we need it for to say they don’t have it. What’s the point of offering custom cakes again?? thanks for not having the only thing he wanted.

Ordered two, two scoop hot fudge sundaes. For the 2nd time in a row the hot fudge container was not plugged in so the fudge was not very liquid. So basically they put a spoonful on and hid it with whipped cream. So I paid sundae prices for a regular 2 scoop plain order.
Store was closed for walk in AND drive thru basically minutes before the actual closing time.
