Walked in 47 minutes before close and the 2 girls working said they are closing in 3 minutes. I told them online and the door still said we had 47 minutes til close. They told me since there is only girls working they have the right to close early. Probably should get some male employees or just change your hours.
This was the best customer service and the ice cream was so fresh
The worst customer service last Saturday we went to get Icecream and one of the girls was so rude with my parents do we left because of her We decided to go again today and today was even worse the same girl was in such a mood acting all bitchy about everything idk the name of the girl but the girl that I’m talking about is dark skin and I think she is latina or something like that but she was so rude about everything since she ask as what we wanted
They didn’t have very many cone options when we went that was kind of a bummer.
