It was fine took a long time due to there only being one worker and a lot of customers
I stood in line for 1 hour and 25 minutes on Labor Day, and honestly, it’s kind of sad that there was only one person working. The employee was doing their best, but it was clearly overwhelming with so many customers. Labor Day is a holiday, and it should have been expected that the store would be busy. It’s unfair to put one employee in that situation and expect them to handle such a large crowd alone. Baskin-Robbins, please do better. Walked in 47 minutes before close and the 2 girls working said they are closing in 3 minutes. I told them online and the door still said we had 47 minutes til close. They told me since there is only girls working they have the right to close early. Probably should get some male employees or just change your hours.
This was the best customer service and the ice cream was so fresh
