This employee was incredibly rude!! She would not even speak properly back to you while trying to order or pay she was beyond frustrated and it was affecting other customers in the store and making my purchase difficult. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and I will be telling friends to do the same! Shame on you. Find another job or better yet do not work at all if that’s going to be your work etiquette!

Never again Sadly today was the last time I will step foot in a Baskin Robbin’s. This particular location is where I’d taken my kids for nearly 20 yrs and holds a lot of great memories. That said, nearly $8 for a small milkshake is obscene and I won’t support a company so far out of reality they should be medicated. In reading about their situation it looks like upwards of 500 stores are closing or are closed. It will be sad when they have gone under, but with prices like this in a world like we have it’s inevitable.
Kelly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s cake extra fun for her bluey birthday. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Please give Kelly a raise- she deserves it! Her care and attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you so much for taking the time to make our cake special.
Kelly at the Market Street Salem Oregon location went over and beyond for my grandaughters birthday cake. The cake was a huge hit and Kelly put her own time into making it exactly the way I requested. It exceeded my expectations. Customer service is still alive here. Thank you so much Market Street Baskin Robbins 😀
