Went there for a shake the lady working was arguing with whomever on the her phone i had too wait for her too finish that conversation, i tell her what i want she aggressively goes “we have no cups” too make the shakes as I’m LOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE CUPS. Definitely will be calling coperate
Went there for a malt. No milk... I would think this would be one of the staples you'd want to keep stocked at an ice cream store. The banister Mall already has a hard enough time getting people to come to it, You would think having everything a customer would need would be top of their list to keep customers coming to the mall.

Got ice cream door dashed - 2 scoops but one of my scoop was to even a “scoop” it was like a very very small amount rounded on top. Bottom scoop was normal size. Wish it was better …
It's a chain ice cream shop in a mall. No one should expect nuitrious food here, so don't. It was a lot cheaper than I expected. And they only had 8 flavors, and no cones. Which made the experience so much easier, when you have children with you.
