This location is horrible, they have the employee working in a very Hot environment. I wanted to enjoy my ice cream in here today 12/7/25 however was forced to leave, this establishment was extremely hot. You would think because it’s an ice cream parlor it’d be air conditioned but no! It’s 92 DEGREES! I saw the ac thermo screen that’s how I know. We come here all the time and have never had a problem. We came in today around 3:10pm and the AC was out. It was very uncomfortable in there. I asked the girl if she could take our order because I wanted to get out. She was speaking with the repair man. And from there on, she had an attitude. Sorry, your customers come first. No need to be rude to me and my family. We will never come here again.
The place was a mess 😕 I usually go to the one in Buena Park, but it was closed, so I came here instead. The girl seemed annoyed with me, and when I asked for a drink, none of them were available.
Worst baskin Robbins they double charge me and when I want my money back they want me to jump through loops to get it back. Don't come unless you want to be double charged
The 1st time visit to this store on Saturday. Not much traffic and the clerk was fast to service.
