Incredibly nice staff every time we go. Ice cream is always good too.
First time was great, the second time we showed up 20 minutes before closing and they weren't serving anyone with the lights off and cleaning the floor. We were told everything was already packed away and no more purchases could be made. We were quite disappointed
Baskin Robins in Napa could definitely use a revamp. They have decent ice cream with general flavors that most will enjoy. However, I came recently and it was not clean. Many of the tables didn’t have chairs. The floors were sticky as well. Baskin Robins in Napa needs a deep clean and better upkeep.
Every single time I ordered by doordash. They are always forget my waffle cone!!! Every time!!!
