They decided to close 5 minutes early and when I knocked on the window they pretended that I wasn’t there. They finally opened the door and said that sometimes they just close 3 minutes early and that if we wanted anything they’d have to reopen and put their blenders back up. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just kind of crazy honestly

Peyton made my fiancés birthday!! We went in to this location looking for a premade cake and were ready to settle for a cake that had the flavors he wanted, but disappointed with how it looked. We mentioned a few times that he liked Spider-Man, but were told that it would take 24 hours to get one of their Spider-Man cakes ordered. So Peyton offered to make one for us. I’ve always came to this location for years and it has always been a great experience until today.. I ordered a 4th of July cake and it was not like the picture, the red and blue icing was the wrong shade and there was no sprinkles. When asked about the discrepancies the staff kindly informed me that they ran out of the red and blue icing like the picture as well as the Fourth of July sprinkles.. which is totally understandable, but as the customer I would have appreciated a heads up.
