The 3 workers who work September 12th, 2026 at the American Fork location had the most amazing customer service and were so excited and ready to help us. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job which makes the shop an enjoyable play to be as a customer! Thank you to those workers who made our day!
TINY portions, same high price. We ordered a 2 scoop sundae and received 2 TINY scoops of ice cream, 1 pump of fudge and a dollip of whipped cream. $7.83. Pitiful. Will never go back!
The girls behind the counter were more concerned with getting back to theyre conversation with each other. The ice cream was great tried lots of flavors I didn't like the waffle bowl I ordered and told them to throw it away wasn't offered anything to make up for paying for it. Just felt rushed to make my purchase so they could go back to gossiping
The workers are very respectful and polite and are very respectful and I would 100% recommend they will give you tons of free samples but you have to buy something. My friend’s wife worked there and she came through and I would very highly recommend visiting this joint of Baskin-Robbins. I visited on January 9, 2023.
