Stopped at the drive thru on a Sunday night 20 min before close. Ordered 1 sundae, 2 shakes and a sandwich. We were told they couldn't make a sandwich. Since it was close to closing we understood. However our 2 shakes were completely melted. There was nobody in front of us in line and we got the shakes quickly. I could see someone inside holding 1 of our shake cups and swirling it. First time here and will be the last. Looked up closing time on the internet. Said 9 pm…. Got there at 8:12 and was locked with 3 employees inside that looked at us then looked away.
