Ordered a Biscoff ice cream cake online and paid for it. I received an email sayng it was ready and I could pick it up. When I arrived they said they didnt have any of those cakes and they had no idea when they would have them. A phone call letting me know or blocking them from being available for purchase would have been nice.
Called them 10 times to cancel an order and they didn’t answer once. Horrible service
If you are open till 9pm Why is the doors closed at 7pm Then they are out of things or can’t make it thru drive thru. How is Dunkin Brands allowing this the MO needs to take control of this location.
