Poor customer service. Employee is cursing while there is customers in there. Got mad because we ordered a shake an hour before they closed.
Don’t have half the ice cream because the freezer is broke and complaining bc there about to close in the next hour and have to make another shake
Tried 3 times place is always slow and takes longer than any ice scream shop I’ve been to
Went back to this Baskin Robbins and truthfully I was not happy. I ordered a 2 scoop Pralines and cream sundae and they put so little I couldn't find the ice cream under the whipped cream. It cost over $7 and was definitely not worth it. They say everything is by weight but I never saw anybody weigh anything. Won't be going back. I had a much better ice cream back over a month ago when I went but others were serving it. Will have to start making my own sundaes. Table tops were not wiped down either.
