Went back to this Baskin Robbins and truthfully I was not happy. I ordered a 2 scoop Pralines and cream sundae and they put so little I couldn't find the ice cream under the whipped cream. It cost over $7 and was definitely not worth it. They say everything is by weight but I never saw anybody weigh anything. Won't be going back. I had a much better ice cream back over a month ago when I went but others were serving it. Will have to start making my own sundaes. Table tops were not wiped down either.
Two weeks in a row I visited the Marrero store and both times the item I ordered was terrible. The staff is not paying attention what you are ordering. We purchased a total of 4 banana splits and they were all messed up. The strawberry topping was all juice and no strawberries, the ice creams were not full scoops. This was the 3rd strike for that store. Hire some reliable help
Please do not order from here if you are going to have it delivered by a third party they do not honor your order. If there are 10 people in line that ordered after you, they will not make your order. I have had more than one customer not get their order in a normal range of time and the staff doesn't care b/c they only have 2 people there and no manager. The lack if consideration for those orders are astounding. I actually had another delivery driver say she had the same experience so it's not a fluke.
Why y'all keep turning y'all doordash off early. Close is 9 I can't order at 7. Well you lose business
Please teach employees how to make a proper milkshake. I've gotten shakes from this location 2 different times and they were mostly milk and soupy. At 6 dollars a milkshake I expect better quality.
