very bad service
Extremely disappointed right now. We spent 55 dollars on a ice cream cake that was labeled white cake, strawberry ice which was exactly what my son wanted for his 16th birthday. Instead we got white cake with vanilla ice cream. The absolute worst cake I have ever had. Do not purchase a pre-made ice cream cake from this place.
This baskin robins is alright, almost everytime I have gone the employees are all rude teenagers who really have no patience. I accidentally pronounced one of the ice cream names wrong and the employee helping me laughed at me and mocked me and then proceeded to keep repeating my mispronunciation over and over again. My order has also been done incorrectly multiple times, and I don’t think that should happen with how simple my order is.
