This baskin robins is alright, almost everytime I have gone the employees are all rude teenagers who really have no patience. I accidentally pronounced one of the ice cream names wrong and the employee helping me laughed at me and mocked me and then proceeded to keep repeating my mispronunciation over and over again. My order has also been done incorrectly multiple times, and I don’t think that should happen with how simple my order is. Photo 1 is of what cake should look like. Photo 2 is what we got.... I ordered my husbands birthday cake, paid for it and when it was ready my mom & step dad went to pick it up for me. The female employee brought them the cake. She opened the cake and my mom asked her what is it supposed to be....the girl proudly announced "it's a grill." Confused my mom took the cake and left.
