Said they didn’t have ice cream cause they took it out of the freezers and melted it all. I could wait an hour for it to firm back up if I liked. Then hung up on me. Sounds like unsafe food practices to me??
I prepaid for a birthday cake I ordered online with 1 week notice. When we went to go pick it up, they did not have our order and the guy working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us figure out what happened with our order, without looking at our receipt, and without offering other options… he just said to call the 1800 number (that isn’t open on weekends). They delete their bad reviews. Terrible customer service. They close at 11 but stop serving at 9. Lazy employees, go to a different store
Arrived @9:30 in drive thru all to be told they were closed but online says 11 update hours so people who are having a bad day and just want a cappuccino blast!!! worker was kind to offer something else but whats the point of saying opening to 11 when you aren’t!
Just came through the drive through the service was great. The lady had patience and incredibly helpful. However,We had butter pecan and a strawberry cone plus another flavor with a almond or some sort of nut. And that flavor was rotten. It taste so bad. I suggest someone taste it. It tasted moldy. The service was awesome here. 👌
