Horrible service! I’ve always known about the bad service because once I called to ask what kind of cakes were left and they were very rude and unhelpful. Then we purchased a cake, and like another reviewer said, it had a very strong chemical-plastic taste. We couldn’t eat it! I kept the cake just in case we had to show proof but when we called the store they said too bad, no refunds and there’s nothing they can do. Zero stars. The staff(probably owner)here are completely unprofessional; when I mentioned I wanted to use a birthday coupon, they glared at me. Their smiles vanished instantly. I recommend going to a different Baskin.
No Stars. Avoid this location – poor quality and zero accountability I am beyond disappointed with the ice cream cake we purchased here today 03/17/2026. The frosting had a harsh, chemical-like aftertaste that lingered long after eating, and the cake base itself was stale and clearly old.
