Avoid this place. They sold me spoiled whipping cream. I made the owner taste it, and he admitted it was “only a little spoiled.” Then he blamed my mouth instead of taking responsibility. Rude, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. Never coming back.
The owner is a bit rude, I kept asking for a chocolate cake from the freezer and he kept insisting another cake labeled “pistachio” was a chocolate cake. I had to keep pointing out that the box is pistachio flavored which I did not want, and he argued for a good 5 minutes about it. He then wished me good luck when I bought the chocolate cake as he was sure I was wrong.. it was a little funny interaction though I will say just because it was so absurd
I have ordered 2 cakes from this location and they have been perfect and delicious. One was a light pink heart shaped cake and the second is this dark pink and purple cake two layer roblox theme (i added the dolls). Ordering and pricing has been easy and fair. Owners have been straight forward and kind. Upfront informed dark colors may change the flavor of the icing which is known issue on all cakes. I hate fondant so I love icecream cakes. Just spent $20+ on a banana split in this place 15 minutes ago and I was absolutely horrified to discover that everything inside of the dessert was old. Old freezer burned flavored ice cream crystallized stale old chocolate fudge and rancid maraschino cherries. 🤮 What a mess! The entire thing went into the garbage the only thing that was fresh on this dessert was the sliced banana. Please don't go to this place! You're liable to get sick.
Horrible service! I’ve always known about the bad service because once I called to ask what kind of cakes were left and they were very rude and unhelpful. Then we purchased a cake, and like another reviewer said, it had a very strong chemical-plastic taste. We couldn’t eat it! I kept the cake just in case we had to show proof but when we called the store they said too bad, no refunds and there’s nothing they can do.
