ZERO stars. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a store. My friend ordered a mango smoothie and was given something completely different—with a savory sauce in it. When we went back to get it fixed, the cashier flat-out ignored us multiple times. Yummy and acceptable price
I bought 3 ice creams for my kids on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at this location. After that, I noticed unauthorized charges of $18, $21, and $22 on my bank account for three consecutive days. These charges have not stopped. Today, I contacted my bank and closed the debit card I used at this store. Since I still have the card in my possession and no other store is involved, it’s clear that these charges are coming from this location. It appears to be a scam. I recently visited one of your locations with my family. After we ordered our ice cream, I asked to try a sample of the coffee flavor before buying it. Unfortunately, the staff refused and were rude when I made the request. This made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed.
