I went to Baskin-Robbins around 5:30 PM today and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a scoop of mint chocolate chip, and the texture was extremely soft—almost melted, like a smoothie. It was not normal at all. I politely told the young male employee that my ice cream seemed off and asked if I could get a scoop from a firmer batch. ZERO stars. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a store. My friend ordered a mango smoothie and was given something completely different—with a savory sauce in it. When we went back to get it fixed, the cashier flat-out ignored us multiple times. We asked for the manager, hoping for better service, but she was even worse—rude, dismissive, and acting like we were the problem. Absolutely unacceptable service. Yummy and acceptable price
I bought 3 ice creams for my kids on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at this location. After that, I noticed unauthorized charges of $18, $21, and $22 on my bank account for three consecutive days. These charges have not stopped. Today, I contacted my bank and closed the debit card I used at this store. Since I still have the card in my possession and no other store is involved, it’s clear that these charges are coming from this location. It appears to be a scam.
