Service was bad the lady who took our order was very rude, she didn’t explain herself good and she got mad at us for not understanding, not coming here again.
So apparently because “one cooler is broken” that entitles this location to refuse to stock half of their ice cream menu. This is not the first time I’ve called this location out on their subpar conditions. It just appears I need to do it again.
Went there around 7pm. Ordered banana split. They said sold out. Ordered waffle cone. Said sold out. Ordered hot fudge sundae with extra fudge and nuts. Drove off and when home saw that there was about a teaspoon full of hot fudge. Worst experience I've ever had. Highly recommend they hire more staff and stock all supplies. Wish I could leave ZERO stars
To start it off, I could not hear the lady over her headset, and she kept yelling. When I finally got up to get the ice cream we had ordered, they were very confused about the order, which was fine. She took my card, handed it back, and then walked away. 5 minutes later, a girl walks back to tell me that I owe $4.80 out of my $20 bill.
