I brought my kids and their friends in for an ice cream treat, but the experience was far from positive. The moment we walked inside, it was uncomfortably hot. The hours state that the lobby is open until 10 p.m. I tried to walk in at 9:27, but the doors were locked. Workers were still in the back.
I ordered an ice cream cake online for this location. They were out of the ice cream flavor I chose online but called me to pick another and they had way more options available and I was able to actually get my favorite one instead. The cake came out perfect and I appreciate the diligence put into it!
