I had a bad experience but the manager personally handled it and invited us back to make up for the previous experience and they knocked it out of the water.
I’m honestly confused by the hype around Baskin-Robbins. I’m not sure if this is how all locations operate or if it’s just this one, but my experience was disappointing. I went in excited to try the Mangonada drink. I was charged for it, only to then be told they didn’t have the ingredients to actually make it. I think they should know what they do and don’t have before charging someone something, but instead they tried to sell me something else. If I could, I’d give them zero stars. Horrible service they forgot two of our kids scoops and argued and had poor attitudes. And the two milkshakes that we got, tasted of milk only it was so thin.
Something needs to be done about yalls truck order. Every single time without fail you are out of every single ice cream. I don't understand if you are aware it's a high demand item you should order more. It is easy to see trends. The workers are always polite but it's extremely irritating to always go and you are out of something.
The staff were very nice, but they were out of everything we asked for. No protein, no cookies for the kids creations, no chocolate ice cream, no chai…. I mean come on.
