Located within another food franchise making it difficult to locate from highway. Limited parking. Courteous staff. Ice cream flavor assortment good. Shake had insufficient ice cream .
Always out of everything
I don’t even know why they brand themselves as a baskin Robbin’s at this point. I NEVER do reviews, but it’s bad when you have to go through a place and ask them “what DO you have?” I have went different days, different times, and they NEVER have hot fudge. They never have any flavors, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is running this location does a horrible job of managing inventory. I keep thinking maybe next time it will be better, but it doesn’t. Zero stars for this location. Brought my daughter the beginning of the month for the Dubai chocolate milkshake that was released two days prior to us going. We ordered at the drive-through and was told it would be $8+. I thought it was expensive, but knew it was limited edition so I didn't say anything. Once we paid, we were asked to pull up a little and wait for them to bring it to us. I had a bad experience but the manager personally handled it and invited us back to make up for the previous experience and they knocked it out of the water.
