I ordered an ice cream cake online for this location. They were out of the ice cream flavor I chose online but called me to pick another and they had way more options available and I was able to actually get my favorite one instead. The cake came out perfect and I appreciate the diligence put into it!
Pretty decent but definitely overpriced for what you get.
Always out of everything, and from what they say the GM does not care nor does he actually do his job an make sure they keep stuff in stock
I would personally give them like a zero if I could they never have any flavors of ice cream now except for the basic ones like chocolate and vanilla. They’re always out of everything. They refuse to restock it. They always say we’re not gonna put it out. The ladies are always somewhat nice, but kind of ridiculous at the ice cream store. That’s biggest thing is how many flavors they have never have anything besides anything basic
I really want to say what a wonderful job Holly (I think that was her name) done today at store 4804 US 90 Pace, FL. She was very nice and friendly despite the face that she was left working in the store for 2 hours by herself with no help! She was still working hard getting the customers from inside the store and drive thru, she done an amazing job!
