Would be a Zero if they let us. Believe what has been previously written, this place was horrible. It is not marked on the outside and upon entering there was one associate conversing with her friend and another just standing at the register staring into space. Horrible customer service. I got to this location when I went to the register I asked for what I want and the cashier just look at me like she don’t hear me at all I have to repeat myself 3 times and she told me she don’t know what I want to order, so the employees here know the menu? Went on Tuesday the 21 of January at 3:45PM. They made me wait for around 5 minutes when there was no one on line to tell me that they didn’t have any base for the Blast. The cashier was rough, not even an apology. At the end is not about your 86 items, it’s about how you treat your customers.
The girls that work there don’t even use their words. I asked a question and one of the girls just pointed. Odd & clearly uneducated since they couldn’t even communicate properly. How is this establishment even open? Embarrassing.
Worst employees, so rude, uneducated, not professional, and definitely they need to get fired or paid super low wages.
