When through the drive thru to get my neices a scoop of ice cream and a scoop for myself. The girl at the drive thru must have miss heard me and thought I said 4 scoops (i understand the miscommunication). After paying, another girl came and gave me the receipt, I asked for spoon (because my neices got ice cream IN A CUP) and she slammed her hand on the counter before handing me the spoons, my cone was stale and it was overall disappointing. Wonderful customer service!!!! The cakes we’ve bought from here are always amazing. We are always taken care of at a quick pace and get served our ice cream with a smile! Thank y’all so much for always going out of your way to care for your customers!!
