The staff are too lazy to serve you before closing! Came in before closing and the employee refused to serve us, I mentioned the hours posted and she stated “we close at 7:45 but officially close at 8pm” how can businesses say close at 8pm and keep the doors unlocked till then but refuse to serve guests 15 minutes prior.
Worst Baskin Robbin’s that exists
I ordered an ice cream cake recently for my daughter’s birthday. I tried doing it online but was just under the 48 hr mark required. I called to ask and the girl that answered was super kind and gave me directions to call back when the decorator was scheduled so I could discuss with them. I didn’t even get the chance because the decorator actually called me not long after to tell me that my situation wouldn’t be an issue and that I could pickup Saturday morning no problem. Very disappointed today..Baskin Robbins is my favorite icecream, but today went through the drive through ordered a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter on a cake cone. Also ordered a strawberry shake. When I paid, they asked me to move forward to wait. No one behind us, sat there for over 5mins, went in they handed me my icecream upside down on my cone in a cup, and there was not 2 scoops in there. The shake tasted like milk, no strawberry. Listing says the store closes at 8:00. Tried to get a scoop of ice cream at 7:50, and was told they were closed. More than a little disappointing.
