Just went in here to pick up a biscoff cake that was 35 dollars and its new and theres no reason they shouldn't have it in stock and I ordered it 24 hours in advance then when I get up there I got told really rudely that they dont have any biscoff cake and they only have Dubai when they dont have that flavor anymore. when I ask to speak to the manager the worker whispered something under her breath and didn't get a a manager or any kind of help and told us we had to choose a different cake so when we asked for a refund she r... read more
Went in here to pick up a cake and got rudely told by a black girl with long lashes they didn't have it anymore it was the biscoff cake and they just came out with it and placed the order 24 hours in advanced. When I asked to speak a manager she whispered something under her breath and had a bad attitude the whole time. She never got the manager and I never got the help I need. When I asked for a refund she said "JUST CANCEL THE ORDER" never coming here again.
