I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but I felt compelled to. I can't believe I ordered two ice cream cones with strawberry and two Sunday strawberry shortcakes I repeated the order three times and he still didn't know what I was ordering him to do. I respectfully asked him if he was playing games with me, and he sent that perfectly. I just wanted to leave this here so either they fix the hearing aid or someone can listen.
The store never looks inviting or particularly clean. The sign on the door says 24 hours; however, that's only for the drive-thru for coffee and a few sandwiches (which is not made clear), and most of the staff does not have a work ethic. Go to the grocery store and get your own ice cream!
