Partner & I arrived @ 8:40pm on Saturday, 6/30/24. Lights were out, doors locked. We sat in the car, and decided to go to Rita’s. While sitting there, in front of BR, we watched 4-5 families (with little children) try to enter your locked establishment. If you guys just establish your own hours on a whim, or possibly, there was a problem - put a sign up that you had close early! Let your patrons know.
They were sold out of over half of their flavors! And the staff were rude about it like it was my fault for ordering something they didn’t have.
How can you be called an ice cream shop with no ice cream. Why are you even open. Couldn't make anything on the menu smh
