Second time I've been here and second time they've been sold out of the Cappuccino Blast mix. 11am on a Friday! It would almost be understandable if it was at close after a busy day but not at opening going into a very warm and sunny weekend. Last time they at least tried to make one using espresso and chocolate from the coffee bar. Extremely disappointing as it's a main product you advertise.
This was a bad experience we got coffee and breakfast and they burnt my wife's bagel and our coffees did not taste the best it definitely seems like they are now focusing on quantity and not quality also I ordered a donut and it was not in the food bag I had to ask for it so check your orders
Submitted an order online through Baskin-Robbins for this location. My order was approved. I was charged and I received a confirmation email. I traveled to the store and only to find out that the business hours were over for the day and the store was closed. how can you charge someone but your store closed?
