Super good ice cream selections
My fiancé and I walked in for the dubai sundae, but unfortunately they were all out. Brandon was outstanding and offered to contact a different location to check if it was in stock. It was, he gave directions! Such fantastic service, you dont see that too often theses days!
Second time I've been here and second time they've been sold out of the Cappuccino Blast mix. 11am on a Friday! It would almost be understandable if it was at close after a busy day but not at opening going into a very warm and sunny weekend. Last time they at least tried to make one using espresso and chocolate from the coffee bar. Extremely disappointing as it's a main product you advertise.
This was a bad experience we got coffee and breakfast and they burnt my wife's bagel and our coffees did not taste the best it definitely seems like they are now focusing on quantity and not quality also I ordered a donut and it was not in the food bag I had to ask for it so check your orders
