The worst. Consistently closes before posted closing times! Is 8pm past their bedtime. Someone needs to shut this one down.
I ordered a birthday cake with 5 days notice and was supposed to pick it up at 3pm. I made it to the store at 6pm and they told me that the cake wasn't finished and that they were unable to finish it. Staff was very unknowledgable and unsympathetic. i placed a order for a birthday cake 2 days before the actual day. went to pick it up today and turns out that it wasn’t even made yet! My kid was so excited this is extremely disappointing. I made the payment and everything. Super disappointed
Took a bit to get to the counter due to high frequency online orders, i am a patient person who also works in food service so i can see it through. but overall great service. i was helped by jennifer and she served me with kindness. Very understanding!
