i placed a order for a birthday cake 2 days before the actual day. went to pick it up today and turns out that it wasn’t even made yet! My kid was so excited this is extremely disappointing. I made the payment and everything. Super disappointed
Took a bit to get to the counter due to high frequency online orders, i am a patient person who also works in food service so i can see it through. but overall great service. i was helped by jennifer and she served me with kindness. Very understanding!
If i was still a manager of a dunkin franchise. The kids working at this location wouldve been fired on their first day. Normally when ik passing through dekalb, this location has zero issues with my order, and ill even go as far to say, the last time i was here 2 weeks ago, my chocolate shake was blended PERFECT! This time however was SHOCKING how terrible they were. The interaction over the drive thru speaker was fine, with zero issue. But as soon as i pull up to pay.
