I’ve been a loyal Baskin-Robbins customer for years, especially for my children’s birthday cakes, but I had a very disappointing experience at the Ynez Road location in Temecula. Never had such a small 3 scoops of life. The 3 scoops didn't even fill the cup like it should
I’ve waited in line for like 30minutes and there was only me and 1 person around, I honestly don’t know how they been making a milk shake for like 30minutes, we left early because of this.
Always friendly, with great service, never hiding in the back ignoring customers.
This place is a joke me and my family always come to this location tonight I ask for a cup a water they want to charge me a dollar lol I already spent $42 on ice cream
