I would like to bring to your attention a concern I observed on August 14th at around 7:08 PM. One of the older female staff members on duty was displaying behavior that seemed quite unprofessional. I’ve noticed on several occasions that she tends to stare at customers in an uncomfortable way, and this time was no different. More concerning, however, was the way she spoke to her coworkers.
