This post is for management. I tried to buy 25 gift cards from this location for an elementary school event and was told no. If I owned this store, I’d be extremely disappointed in that decision. This wasn’t just about selling 25 gift cards. It was about bringing 25 families into the store, where most people would also buy additional ice cream and treats for the rest of their family. Girl comes strolling in at 11:15 am to open the place and says "just wait awhile". Girl, the store opens at 11.
We asked for Nutty Coconut milk shake but they gave us reduced sugar peach coconut. When we asked the lady to change it, she refused to do so. Be careful when ordering here since they want to push flavors that don’t sell well. We will never go to this BR again.
