My children and I love coming to this location for ice cream. Each time the associates have been really patient and generous with the scoops. I also appreciate the variety of ice cream flavors they offer at this location. It’s called Baskin Robbin’s 31 flavors for a reason. There’s always more than 31 flavors here and I appreciate that.

Gave me the wrong order because they didn’t have what I wanted, when they could have just canceled the order.
I used to like going to this store until today. The manager or person that was working didn’t speak English well. We asked to change the drink we purchased because it didn’t taste right, but it seemed like he couldn’t comprehend. One of the ice creams we purchased fell out of the cone as soon as my son took one bite. We asked to change it out and the man gave him the same ice creams back in a cup. That was not sanitary.
