Grossly overpriced rubbish. Shame on you.
Shame on the owner for leaving 2 young girls to manage 14 people that were waiting in line on a Friday night. One of the girls was serving on her own for about 10 minutes. The young lady handled the pressure very well but how awful of whoever is in charge to mismanage like this. Same complaint was written back in June so clearly customer feedback isn't something they take seriously.
It is completely unacceptable to serve the customer when we walked in 5 mins before close time at Baskin Robbins location at Baldwin, when we walked, girls working were using F word when we told them about our order, they charged a customer for items they did not receive and then refuse to help when the mistake is pointed out. Customer service should be about listening, taking responsibility, and making things right—not making the customer feel ignored and unwelcome.
