Called to ask a question and the person working today rudely hung up after I said thank you at the end of my inquiry. No "you're welcome" just hung up. Be nicer when people are spending $$ on your overpriced ice cream!!
Love this place!! Employees are very kind, but management needs to do better with putting more staff on at a time. Having one worker during a Friday evening in June is a recipe for chaos. Managing online orders, an in person queue, and phone calls all at once is unfair. Do better!
