Absolutely terrible experience. I would never go back to this place again. They accepted my cake order on Uber, then had the nerve to call me 30 minutes later saying it wasn’t available. Why accept the order in the first place if you don’t even have the item? I tried to work with them by asking for a bigger or similar chocolate cake. They said they had one, but then refused to take payment via e-transfer and had no solution. Instead, they just kept telling me to cancel the order. This location needs to staff the store with more than 1 young person in a busy evening. Not fair during busy times for staff, customers, and definitely not safe to have anyone working alone in an evening! Do better Baskin Robbins...

They’re always friendly with my kids and sampling all the different flavours
Came to this location for ice cream for my 4 year old's treat. They were closed. It's 11:10am. No one in the store or answering. No sign saying they're closed outside of their posted hours. Very very disappointing.
