Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday, paid in advance, did not get what we ordered. Asked that they call if that's the case, never received a call. Picked up the cake, and when we cut it realized it was not right. I've tried calling, even before I physically drove over to get the cake and they have the phone set to where my calls don't go through. The caller is busy but I've tried for over 2 hours to get a hold of the store. $28 for a cake, ordered 4 days in advance, and seriously disappointed. I guess we'll go in person ag... read more

I’m so sorry I’m drawing a blank on her name. She deserves better than me forgetting her name. She was in the morning with a ponytail and a hat. Pretty all dolled up. She had the absolute best customer service I have ever witnessed. It’s definitely the way I would be if I were in her shoes and I have been. Thank you for being there for me that morning. This location constantly runs out of the items i prefer. Simple chocolate peanut butter ice cream . At least once every couple visits they are out. Im done doing this. It was like this with mangonadas as well.
