I see the comments and Denton is amazing truly wonderful customer service. I have been to this store numerous times and all the reviews are pretty accurate. Then there’s Denton he went out of his way to help and make sure I was satisfied with my order. I truly recommend if you speak and deal with anyone at this location it’s him. The rest of the employees could learn a bunch from Denton on how to deal with customers and people. If I could recommend him to be promoted or get a raise I would. Worst baskin Robbin’s. I ordered via Uber Eats. A flavor that I requested isn’t in stock I told the driver what flavor I wanted it to be replaced with. The lady at the store starts yelling at him saying it can’t be done and I have to change it on the app when Uber Eats says i have to call them to edit, they don’t even answer their phone. So unprofessional. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve never had this problem before.

Visited 9/7/25 around 5pm. The woman who “helped” me with an order for a medium milkshake took the ice cream container out and tossed it on the ground, saying there was not enough there to make it happen. From what I saw, the bottom of the container was covered and about 2 to 3 inches deep. I just left and went to the Metropolitan Ave location. I asked THEM for the recipe and was told that a medium shake takes 3 scoops. What the problem was at Viers Mill store isn’t a concern, as I’m never going back there.
