We decided to drive and get ice cream walked in, ordered on the kiosk and waited 20 mins so finally decided to walk up to the register to get ignored for another 10 minutes, extremely rude and snobby employees that clearly hate their job waited like 35 minutes for 2 Sundaes

I wish I had made this review SOONER! The lady who made my Scooby-Doo cake in May 2026 did an absolutely AMAZING job! She worked with my husband to create the most incredible surprise for me, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. 🥹 The cake was beautiful, thoughtful, and truly made the moment so special. I waited more than 5 min and no one helped me. I had a girl putting away donuts and she seen me, but never stopped what she was doing and helped me. Everyone else did the same.

Don't bother ordering online. This is the 3rd time I have ordered ahead and I still had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by an employee and then another 10 for them to make it. Shake was as thin as milk.

All I asked for were the ice cream flavors in the drive thru and they told me I had to come inside. I normally do go inside, but I was just tired and my knee was hurting.
