I waited more than 5 min and no one helped me. I had a girl putting away donuts and she seen me, but never stopped what she was doing and helped me. Everyone else did the same.
Don't bother ordering online. This is the 3rd time I have ordered ahead and I still had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by an employee and then another 10 for them to make it. Shake was as thin as milk.
All I asked for were the ice cream flavors in the drive thru and they told me I had to come inside. I normally do go inside, but I was just tired and my knee was hurting.
Complained they had to make what I ordered even though… it is what they get paid for. Then complained while making it. They touch the cones with their hands not washing after touching case or ringing someone up. 🤢 not to mention the girl who itched her hair then scooped ice cream
As you walk in the store was messy. Went to counter to place order and a young lady was trying to use her personal card to pay for something and was having trouble using machine and never once looked up and said someone will be with you in a minute or really ever acknowledged we were even there . Finally I asked if someone could take our order and they did . Everyone behind the counter seemed very dis oriented as to where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing .
