Complained they had to make what I ordered even though… it is what they get paid for. Then complained while making it. They touch the cones with their hands not washing after touching case or ringing someone up. 🤢 not to mention the girl who itched her hair then scooped ice cream
As you walk in the store was messy. Went to counter to place order and a young lady was trying to use her personal card to pay for something and was having trouble using machine and never once looked up and said someone will be with you in a minute or really ever acknowledged we were even there . Finally I asked if someone could take our order and they did . Everyone behind the counter seemed very dis oriented as to where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing . Service is EXTREMELY slow! Wait 40 minutes for an ice cream. Finally ask for a refund!
Very unprofessional and rude workers. We stood and waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order. They just kept walking right past us and went to the back when they had 5 different workers. Nobody was nice or apologetic. Terrible customer service, would not go here again.
Absolutely horrible. People are a bunch of idiotic people that do not know how to do there job. They were lining their fingers while holding a cone and not taking anyone’s orders Will never go there ever again. Need some new management or needs to be shut down.
