We come here fairly often for a sweet treat and usually the customer service is great. But tonight we encountered an older lady who is apparently the owner, by her own admission. She was quite rude and up charged us on a shake by adding 2 syrup charges, when no syrup was requested or used. I had my kids with me and didn’t feel like arguing so I left and will likely not come back.
Tasty ice cream treats of all kinds, all types of cones and delicious milk shakes from almost any ice cream flavor. A little pricey.
I recently had a time sensitive cake order and the workers were incredibly helpful and accommodating! The cake artist finished it as quick as she could, and was a life saver for me. My family has ordered cakes from here for years, and we are never disappointed. For anyone looking for a flavor recommendation, I have never found ice cream anywhere else that comes close to world class chocolate.
