I love this place, they’re so friendly!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager JB; I came in to order 2 quarts and one of them looked like the wrong flavor. I called and explained what happened and she made a new quart for me of the flavor I ordered. Her telephone service and in person service was excellent. This is how every establishment should be for customer service! Thank you again, JB!
This is our usual go-to for late-night ice cream. Tonight, my family and I were treated poorly by the two young ladies working. From the moment we walked in, to ordering and paying, their attitude was terrible as if we were interrupting their night. One young lady, who served my son, made an irritated facial expression at him and didn’t realize I witnessed it.
