Came in at 9:47 rushed to make it before close and they were already closed and cleaning up. Waste of gas and time. Plus last time I was in there the manager was being really mean to her employees. Same manager that closed early tonight.
Very good ice cream and service. 100% recommend.
Closed 40 minutes before and say it’s for maintenance-?? You just wanted to go home early and not serve anyone else. Guy puppy guarding the door was really rude :(
As a Baskin-Robbin’s customer of over 37 years on Oahu this one in Kaneohe is by far the best baskin-Robbin’s we have ever been to! I bring my kids here all the time they treat all their customers with so much Aloha! They don’t mind giving out samples and accommodating to your requests. They are generous with what they serve and love what they do there! My kids always ask to come to this spot because of how they are treated there one time my son dropped his ice cream they seen it and without even asking they served him a bra... read more
It’s Baskin Robbin’s so the ice cream is good, but the people make this location excellent. Friendliest staff in Kaneohe, sweet with kids even when they’re whiny, consistently great service. Give em six stars and a raise if I could.
