I just want to say how amazing Janine is! I was doing DoorDash and I had to pick up an order that unfortunately was after hours and my customer was waiting for a long time because there were no drivers but ever so gracefully she opened the doors to me to complete my order. We chatted while she made the order and she is just so awesome and I’ll be back here personally for myself. This location and company is so very lucky to have someone like this representing them! Thank you Janine!!! You’re five star girl!!
Came in at 9:47 rushed to make it before close and they were already closed and cleaning up. Waste of gas and time. Plus last time I was in there the manager was being really mean to her employees. Same manager that closed early tonight.
Very good ice cream and service. 100% recommend.
Closed 40 minutes before and say it’s for maintenance-?? You just wanted to go home early and not serve anyone else. Guy puppy guarding the door was really rude :(
As a Baskin-Robbin’s customer of over 37 years on Oahu this one in Kaneohe is by far the best baskin-Robbin’s we have ever been to! I bring my kids here all the time they treat all their customers with so much Aloha! They don’t mind giving out samples and accommodating to your requests. They are generous with what they serve and love what they do there! My kids always ask to come to this spot because of how they are treated there one time my son dropped his ice cream they seen it and without even asking they served him a bra... read more
