It’s our first time trying here. The female staff didn’t even help us nor talk to us, she just kept staring at us when we told her our orders. She kept smiling at us awkwardly which made us feel uncomfortable. Other workers didn’t even bother helping her.

Tonight my girlfriend and I went there to get my sick aunty her favorite ice cream since she isn’t doing well also she had a stroke a week ago the male worker looked at me and instead of helping my girlfriend and I, he went to the next customer and she was really nice and told him we’re here first, so I told him what ice cream I wanted but he had a rude attitude with me and with a cocky attitude he was like what ice cream again. I just want to say how amazing Janine is! I was doing DoorDash and I had to pick up an order that unfortunately was after hours and my customer was waiting for a long time because there were no drivers but ever so gracefully she opened the doors to me to complete my order. We chatted while she made the order and she is just so awesome and I’ll be back here personally for myself. This location and company is so very lucky to have someone like this representing them! Thank you Janine!!! You’re five star girl!!
