To the management team, please review…Service, especially near closing time, should remain respectful and consistent, napkins, led for the cup should be provided…is little uncomfortable seeing customer service upsetting…regardless of how close is to closing. While I understand this occurred approximately 20 minutes before closing, operating hours are established for a reason, and the expected level of service should be maintained until that time. Thank you.
This is my favorite Baskin-Robbins location—everyone here is so friendly. I always order the same thing (Original Cappy Blast), and they make it consistently well every time. Other locations can be hit or miss with taste and texture, but this one always gets it right.
