Been a customer of this BR since they opened. Staff always friendly. BUT tonight I got the smallest single cone …did you all make the cones smaller and the prices bigger???
Ice-cream is always good here- I had a birthday special but because my app didn't pull up a QR code I didn't get my FREE Ice-cream. I paid for a double scoop of what I wanted Showed the email where it said i got this The BR app didn't pull up the QR code so I was out of getting my FREE Ice-cream

Not very happy. While the service was decent, I do not appreciate that my card was over charged. I always round off for a tip, and this time was no different. However, when I checked my bank account a few days later, I noticed that they had over charged my bank account. No, it is not by alot, but whether 2 cents or $100, stealing is stealing. So check your receipt before you walk out.
