Pulled through the drive through after softball practice. Our order was taken by some really nice girlies and as always the best ice cream! We will definitely be back to this location!
I love baskin robins so when i saw the new one put in i was so happy! I go occasionaly after a tough day of school. The workers are always so kind! I always get the Reckless n' wild sherbert. 5/5 its genuinly amazing! I hope you have a nice day!
Unfortunately every single time I’ve gone to the drive thru at this location, I’m asked to wait a minute, then you don’t get acknowledged again for 5-8 minutes. Then when I’m at the window waiting (always for one item), they don’t come to the window for another 5-8 minutes to receive payment or anything. I’m not sure if they’re always short-staffed or haven’t been trained properly, but they need to work on this!
Saturday night and they have no help! Only two girls working and we literally waited 30 mins just to place our order. Any other time they have people tripping over each other during the day.
Pulled up to the drive through to order at 9:20pm and was greeted with "Welcome to Baskin Robbins. I'll be with you in a minute. " We sat for a minimum of 7-8 minutes and no one ever came back to take our order. I put the car in reverse, backed up and pulled back up to the box where we were instantly greeted and our order taken. We then pulled up to the window where we sat for at least 5 minutes before anyone approached the window. We watched 2 female workers chat it up inside while we sat and waited.
