Just give people what they order and if you can’t do that tell them before you change them or give them something they’re are not expecting. I was given this massive ass cone with a kids scoop. If there are no cones for a kids scoop say that, not just up charge and say that’s how it comes. I will not be coming back.

I usually have a good experience but not tonight. First off, I was given a stale cone and I turned around before proceeding to drive 10 mins home. I throw my cone away and they gave me a new cone with no ice cream; which I then had to say I threw my ice cream away cause it was in a cone so stale I couldn’t chew it. The girl got the scoop out the water and didn’t let any water drip off; so now I have soaking wet dripping ice cream coming off on my cone and down it.
