Amazing environment, fun atmosphere, clean store, very nice employees and good customer service!
By far the most lack luster employees to ever be employed. Will never come back here… I will drive to Atascocita or go to Marble slab.

I love this place so much, but there's always this one girl who never seems to have energy. It feels like she doesn't want to be there, and I never feel welcomed by her. It's like a mean-girl energy from her. She doesn't even have the nerve to say "have a great day." That's my only issue. Baskin-Robbins, do a better job with your employees. Also, the Dubai chocolate was horrible—no love put into it
Lazy employees and unhelpful. Always slow service and claims they can’t write “happy birthday” on any of the cakes unless you buy the biggest one.
