Nice selection, pleasant staff
I ordered the Banana Royal and Banana Split. To my amazement the server used the aerosolized whip cream, from the can as a topping. I objected and requested proper whipped cream, as per Baskin Robins standards but the clerk said they never had that products. My order was a takeout and I toll the server that it will run the whole orderer in a short ride to my home.....he insisted otherwise....picture is attached.
Very disappointed with this visit to Baskin-Robbins. The portion sizes were extremely small and did not match what was ordered — it felt like we were being shorted. More concerning, the overall hygiene and handling of the food did not seem up to standard. It honestly made us question how safely the ice cream is being served. No one expects to worry about getting sick from a simple treat, but that’s exactly how this experience felt. Between the poor portions and concerns about cleanliness, we will not be coming back.
