I’ve been purchasing tubs of ice cream and hot fudge sauce on the side, for 30 years. Last week I went to this particular location and they told me that technically they’re not allowed to sell the hot fudge sauce. Strange, I thought. They allowed me to buy a small tub, charged me $8., but I’m thinking that I’m not returning to that location again.
Absolutely shocking, the sample serving is insulting. If you can't allow people to try a decent bite of the 6$ a scope ice cream, please don't run this business. I understand that some people exploit the sample policy, so perhaps limit it to 2 samples.
This store is our go to store for the past 7 years as we live right next to it. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience by one of the new staff members called Anna. We entered the store at 9.50 and she literally seemed upset that we were there . I clearly told what I wanted but first she packed the wrong order , when I reminded her she rolled her eyes and said that’s all ? I told her I have two more and she should put lids on as of course she can see I am not going to eat 5 different cups right now and I am taking them aw... read more
