They did not properly package the ice cream to ensure it did not melt. I was also charged for three scoops and received only two. They did not reach out to inform me they did not have a particular flavor, so they just didn't include it.
This location does not actually serve a banana split. Do not waste your time ordering one. If you order one on Uber and they are out of your items, they do not contact you to tell you like other businesses do.
Their ice cream was overpriced, $5 for a half cup of ice cream. Furthermore, the quality of the ice cream was inferior. They did not even have a good selection of flavors since one of their freezers was broken. Only eight flavors to choose from. The ones they sampled are not even very tasty. For about the same price, I can get a half-gallon at Aldi and it tastes much better.
