Order B-day cake so you pick it up 1-2 days before you need it. The order for the ice cream birthday cake was made on January 21, 2025, with a pickup for February 9, 2025 at 10:30 am. The cake wasn't even started yet. So now, I get to have a bday party for a 7 year old without a cake. This happened last year as well, but last year, they forgot about it. Thank you for your stunning customer service.
Agree with other reviews for Feb 9 2025. Ordered a cake for pickup Feb 9 at 1:00. Got there and it was not ready. Was told they were “finishing it up” and was offered a free quart. Waited about 10 minutes when the cake was brought out. Of course, we ordered a cake with ice cream cones on the top that were already melting. Drove 10 minutes and it was all falling apart because it had not been given time to set in the freezer. It looks rushed and sad. The photo I’m adding is after I fixed it a bit.
