This place is never prepared for ice cream sundaes. They never have hot fudge. What has happened to Baskin Robbins?
Went here with my family and was truly disappointed. They only had a few flavors to choose from and no basic flavors. A family member ordered a hot fudge sundae and was told they only had cold fudge so they put chocolate syrup on it. Didn’t even offer to reduce the price. They were severely understaffed and the lady was rude. She was more concerned about the people in the drive thru. We will never visit again. The donut side looked clean and well staffed so we should have just gotten a donut.
Really mad about situation this place birthday cake here!!! I would rather give them negative at one star if it have an option!!! Favorite ice cream of all time... they need to add more of their flavors in the Stores they share with the Dunkn Doughnuts stores though
