Ordered a custom cake two weeks in advance got there today to pick it up and they had never made it. They said their cake decorator didn’t come in that day so it was just never made. They offered me a premaid cake out of their freezer none of which were the flavor I wanted so they just refunded me. But, like, what good is a refund to me an hour before I’m supposed to be at dinner with this cake that I now don’t have time to get made anywhere else. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t making it!
Arrived here after the previous BR location completely ignored us. This one service was prompt and adequate at least. Loved my strawberry scoop and SO finally got his gold medal/chocolate fix.
Love it they were so above and beyond. Offering clean speedy service. Love my daquri ice they make the best cones in nwi.
