The people working there on 1/3/26 were nice but there were only two of them. One was taking calls and the other was making my husband a sundae. I asked for a vanilla shake. He started to make it but another person came in with 2 orders, so the woman finished the shake once she was off the phone. We were on our way to a movie and I took several sips of the shake and it tasted very off. My husband tasted it and said he thought the milk was bad. My family and I go to this Baskin Robbin’s/Dunkin Donuts at least once every 10 days. Generally service is acceptable but coffee and ice cream is good so we go often. Today my family went in, ordered 3 ice creams and ended up wasting 40 minutes as the shift manager Chris called the police on a women and two small kids because he does not know how to use a cash register. My wife paid for a bill he presented to her and sat outside with the kids. Chris came out 5 minutes later and started yelling at my wife in front of the kids... read more
