My family and I go to this Baskin Robbin’s/Dunkin Donuts at least once every 10 days. Generally service is acceptable but coffee and ice cream is good so we go often. Today my family went in, ordered 3 ice creams and ended up wasting 40 minutes as the shift manager Chris called the police on a women and two small kids because he does not know how to use a cash register. I always eat too much because I can’t decide on the flavors. Service is awesome.
I would go on with a list of everything that was wrong with my interactions here today but I know no one at this place cares. The staff is unsupervised teenagers and they're training new staff. By talking to him over the headset. It took almost 15 minutes to make two cups of ice cream because the kid had no clue what he was doing I could have done it faster that's with never seeing the post system. I wish them luck since Amy's ice cream is across 290
I’m leaving 5 star to combat the negative reviews. Yes the seating area needs a deep clean because it’s an ice cream and donut shop; both of which are made of sticky things that will be constantly spilled. And it’s serviced by high school kids. But the ice cream is good, reliable Baskin Robbins. They have a ton of flavors. It’s in the neighborhood and doesn’t cost $12 per serving.
