I went here Friday night 3/27/2026 and all three of the young women working kept their composure despite a. Running out of spoons (not their fault, but whoever did the inventory) imagine having to tell each customer there are no spoons and having to absorb all the frustration and negative vibes. Never have the flavors of ice cream I order. Have been brought plain vanilla or chocolate in place of what I ordered for the last 3 times. Why bother serving ice cream if you never have it in stock, take it off the menu and just be boring & plain like every other ice cream place. Will not be trying a 4th time at any BR location cause the one at my the Towne Lake location has the same issue. So unless you want plain Jane BS don’t visit a BR
I can't tell you how many times I've tried to give this BR on Sandy Plains the benefit of the doubt and am disappointed at least 50% of the time. It's just so convenient. 2pm on Sunday and they aren't serving ice cream. Today, they don't have containers for banana splits. Another time, they didn't have one of their favorite flavors in the pints. Brewsters here I come.
They don’t wear gloves and not clean, found long hair in my smoothie🤮, don’t recommend them!
