Amazing selection and the friendliest staff possible. The prices are reasonable - I stop by every time I’m in the area :)
I visited the Baskin-Robbins at 7 p.m. and asked to taste the mango and chocolate flavor. Instead of letting me try, she just charged me. Her attitude was dismissive—she acted like she knew more, which of course she does, since this is her job. But I’m not a regular customer—I needed guidance, and instead of helping, she was just condescending. I was really disappointed.
I went to get two milk shakes from Baskin robins at upper middle, there where to girls working and one shake was filled to the top and the other was about 70 percent full and she handed them to us like everything was normal, not impressed.
Got a double scoop cone. Was exactly what I envisioned in my mind when I decided I wanted a treat.
Love this location and the staff are friendly 🍦
