I have been buying my weekly Saturday morning Baskin-Robbins at 1011 Upper Middle Road, Oakville, ON for a long time. The range of flavours is great and the girl who serves me, is so very friendly and helps me pick new combinations. I always leave with a smile and my ice cream.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. There were two people working at the counter, and unfortunately, one of them—a girl who was serving—was extremely rude and arrogant. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. To make things worse, the other employee kept staring at me and whispering non-stop, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. It made me feel very unwelcome.
